Gunakan ujung jari untuk menggosok-gosokkan tepung dan mentega hingga berbutir-butir seperti krumit tahu. Tambahkan telur, garam, dan air es. Aduk rata hingga adonan bisa dipulung.<\/li>\n<li>Ambil sejumput adonan, pipihkan dengan tangan atau menggunakan alat pencetak pastel mini. Letakkan di alas yang telah dialasi plastik atau kertas roti. Lakukan langkah yang sama hingga semua adonan habis.<\/li>\n<li>Untuk isi pastel, panaskan minyak sayur dalam wajan. Tumis bawang putih dan bawang bombay hingga harum.<\/li>\n<li>Masukkan daging cincang, wortel, dan kentang. Tumis hingga daging berubah warna.<\/li>\n<li>Tambahkan merica bubuk, garam, gula, dan kecap manis. Aduk rata dan masak hingga bahan-bahan matang dan bumbu meresap.<\/li>\n<li>Ambil satu lembar kulit pastel mini yang telah dipipihkan, letakkan sejumput isi di tengahnya. Lipat kulit menjadi segitiga dan rapatkan sisi-sisinya. Lakukan langkah yang sama hingga semua kulit dan isi habis.<\/li>\n<li>Panaskan minyak dalam wajan.
